people always make it a point to tell us how they look forward to seeing how we “dress up” the store, especially the front window,
with each changing season...
the holidays are pretty special to us, ‘cause along with them
come fond childhood memories.....
so with that in mind, we try to keep family traditions intact,
yet sprinkle in some new “magic”
to create new memories for future generations...
as we pack away the menorahs and christmas trimmings,
we’re hoping the new year will be filled with laughter and giggles,
good health, and kindness to each other...
and, we switch “gears” now to a different coloration...

yes, valentine’s day
will soon be upon us...
we have found that through the years, february 14th has changed...
it is no longer a day just for “lovers”...
it has become a day for friends to show their appreciation to friends,
for teachers to guide their students in lessons on “being nice”,
and families having a “game night”
to renew the importance of loving each other
and being grateful for what we have...
in these times of economic uncertainty,
why not replace the same old roses and heart-shaped box
with some creativity and fun and warmth...
